Wildwood Cottages is gorgeous in the summer, but once you see it covered in a layer of white fluffy snow, you won't want to leave! 

From cuddling up beside the wood burning fireplace in your cottage, to roasting marshmallows over an outdoor fire pit on a cool winters day, you will find yourself feeling right at home. 

Cottages 1, 4 and 5 are available during the winter months. Cottages 4 & 5 sleep a maximum of 6 people and have indoor wood burning fireplaces. Cottage 1 sleeps a maximum of 4 people! Snow shoe on the ice or through the forest (limited numbers of snowshoes available) and enjoy ice skating (only once ice has been rendered safe to skate on). We are also only minutes from Bewdley which is a well known ice fishing location. Cottages also now offer Satellite TV and Internet (country internet)! To top it off, each cottage has its own OUTDOOR HOT TUB available Thanksgiving weekend until May 15th for Cottage 1 and June 4 for Cottage 4 and 5. These are 4 person hot tubs and we ask that only 4 people use the hot tub at a time.

We are nestled between Cobourg and Peterborough, which means visitors can immerse themselves in one of the many festivals and events that go on in The Northumberland and The Kawartha's region.

We are accessible to the OFSC Trail so great for snowmobiling trips and we are only 15 minutes from Brimacombe Ski Hill!

We are located on a steep hill and this is to make all guest that the hill can be difficult to get up in the winter. 4 wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are ok but small 2 wheel drive vehicles and those with summer tires are not recommended.. We suggest if you do not have a vehicle with 4 wheel drive with winter tires you leave your vehicle at the top of the hill in bad weather (we can assist you with bringing down your belongings in our side by side). The road according to the township is an unmaintained road and is to be used at your own risk and we are unable to assist you if you are stuck.
